How odds formats work
American odds show how much you'd get back on a $100 stake (+150 returns $150 on top of your stake) or how much you'd stake to get $100 back on top (-110 means stake $110). Decimal odds show the whole return per $1, stake included: 2.50 returns $2.50. Fractional odds are the UK style, return over stake: 3/2 is the same as 2.50.
The implied probability is 1 ÷ decimal odds. It's the chance the price implies, including the book's margin, so the two sides of a market add up to a bit more than 100%. That extra is the vig (see the no-vig calculator).
