1. Who we are and these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Coconuts LLC] ("Coconuts", "we", "us"). They cover the website at coconutsedge.com, the Coconuts web app, alerts, emails and any related software or content (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the agreement box, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is (and isn't)

The Service provides information and software tools only. It compares prices that third parties publish and shows calculations about them, such as price gaps, implied probabilities and stake splits.

Coconuts is not a sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, prediction-market exchange, broker, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or tipster service. We do not accept, place, facilitate, match, settle or route any wager, bet or trade. We do not hold, transmit or have access to user funds or to your sportsbook or exchange accounts. Any bet or trade you make is between you and the operator you choose, under that operator's rules.

3. No advice

Nothing in the Service is gambling, betting, financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to place any particular bet or trade. Cards are general information, the same for every user who sees them. They are not individualized or tailored to your circumstances, finances or goals. Settings such as "my books" or a bankroll figure only filter or do arithmetic on the same general information. You alone decide whether to bet or trade, and you are solely responsible for those decisions and their results.

4. No guarantees; you can lose money

• We do not guarantee profit, winnings, accuracy, availability or any outcome.
• "LOCK", "arbitrage", "VALUE", "best price" and similar words are labels for price relationships observed at a moment in time, not promises. A LOCK describes prices at which, if every leg were placed at exactly those prices and every bet were honored, the amount returned would be the same whatever the outcome. That rarely holds for long.
• Prices can be stale, delayed, wrong or changed before you place a bet. Free-tier information is deliberately delayed by 15 minutes.
• Sportsbooks and exchanges can reject, limit, void or re-price bets, cap stakes, close accounts, change rules, or settle markets differently from how we describe them.
• Past cards, history and statistics do not predict future results.
• Betting and trading involve risk. You can lose some or all of the money you stake.

5. Data and third parties

Odds and market data come from third-party providers (currently including The Odds API). They are provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We are not responsible for third-party data or for the operators that publish prices.

Coconuts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook, exchange, prediction market, league, team or player. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify where a price was published.

6. Eligibility and where you can use the Service

You must be at least 21 years old, and using the Service must be legal where you are. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including any law about sports betting or event-contract trading. We may restrict or refuse the Service in any state or country, or to anyone, at any time. Do not use the Service where it is prohibited. Seeing a card does not mean the bet is legal for you or available to you.

7. Your account

One person per account. Don't share your account or let others use it. Give accurate information (including your age and state) and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. Tell us at once at hello@coconutsedge.com if you think your account has been misused.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• scrape, crawl, or use bots or automated tools to access the Service, or bulk-download, export or store cards or data;
• resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly post, broadcast or share cards, alerts or data (screenshots in private messages to a friend are fine; channels, groups, tipster services and feeds are not);
• build a competing product or data feed with the Service or its data;
• reverse engineer, decompile or probe the Service, or bypass or interfere with security, rate limits or the paywall;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without a refund where the law allows.

9. Plans, trials and automatic renewal

Plans. Free: NFL line shopping and 1 LOCK a day, both 15 minutes delayed. Coconuts Pro: $19.99 per month or $149 per year, with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Founding: $14.99 per month (see 9.6). Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.

9.1 Before you pay. Before checkout we show, clearly and next to the button you press: the price, how often you will be charged, that the plan renews automatically until you cancel, how to cancel, and (for a trial) the date the trial converts and the amount you will be charged then. You must check an unchecked box agreeing to these Terms. We email a confirmation with these terms after you subscribe.

9.2 Free trial. Your trial lasts 7 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, it converts automatically to the paid plan you chose, and we charge the stated price on the conversion date. One trial per person.

9.3 Reminders. We email a reminder before your free trial converts (about 3 days before), and before each annual renewal (about 35 days before), with the date, the amount and how to cancel.

9.4 Cancel any time, online. Cancel in the app under Settings → Manage billing (the secure Stripe customer portal). It takes a few clicks and needs no phone call or email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period, when your access to Pro ends. Canceling during a trial means you are not charged.

9.5 Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused time. As a goodwill policy, if you email hello@coconutsedge.com within 7 days of your first paid charge (after any trial), we will refund that charge in full, once per person. Refunds required by law are always honored.

9.6 Founding price. The first 100 waitlist members may receive a single-use code for Coconuts Pro at $14.99 per month. It stays at that price for as long as your subscription continuously renews. If you cancel, or the subscription ends for non-payment, the founding price is gone and can't be restored. Codes are personal, single-use and have no cash value.

9.7 Price changes. We may change prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to your subscription, and it applies only from your next renewal after the notice period. You can cancel before then.

9.8 Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe (and, where shown at checkout, by Link). We never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Pro until it succeeds.

10. The Automation Guide (digital product)

The Automation Guide is a $39 one-time digital purchase, included free with an active annual plan. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read it and use it for your own education. You may not copy it for others, redistribute, resell or publish it. It is education only and subject to the Automation Guide Terms & Disclaimer. Because it is a digital product delivered immediately, sales are final except where the law requires otherwise. The goodwill policy is the same as 9.5: email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, once per person.

11. Responsible gaming

You can pause your account (cool-off for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, which hides every card) or self-exclude (6 months or more, which cancels your subscription and can't be undone early) in Settings. See Responsible Gaming. If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

12. Our content

The Service, including its software, design, text and the cards themselves, belongs to Coconuts or its licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms. Feedback you send us may be used freely.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) COCONUTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST WINNINGS, WAGERING OR TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $0 IF YOU USED ONLY THE FREE TIER).

15. Assumption of risk and indemnity

You understand and accept the risks of betting and trading, including the risks in section 4. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Coconuts and its members, officers and contractors from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your bets or trades, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Disputes: arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this carefully. It affects your rights.

16.1 Informal first. Before filing a claim, email hello@coconutsedge.com with a description, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

16.2 Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator decides questions of arbitrability. We will pay filing, administration and arbitrator fees above what you would pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.

16.3 Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

16.4 Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or award class-wide relief. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, not arbitration.

16.5 30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this section by emailing hello@coconutsedge.com from your account email, with "Arbitration opt-out" in the subject, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

16.6 Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE — attorney to confirm], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the Federal Arbitration Act. Any court proceedings permitted by this section will be in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE — attorney to confirm].

17. Changes, termination and the rest

Changes. We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app, and ask you to accept the new version before continuing. The version and effective date are at the top of this page.

Termination. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections 4, 5 and 12–17 survive termination.

Other terms. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Automation Guide Terms are the entire agreement between us about the Service. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
